"Wonderland Woods" is the fifth piece to the American McGee's Alice Original Soundtrack. It was created for an area in Alice of the same name, the Wonderland Woods.

The piece features many different sound effects, including a choir-sang melody which plays throughout the duration of the track. It also features sound effects such as drumstick tapping and heavy breathing sounds. It also uses instruments such as the violin which are not uncommon throughout the soundtrack, and childlike music box melodies.

It is one of the first pieces of the soundtrack that does not feature any form of speech or dialogue from in-game, and it is unknown who the "breathing" sound effects belong to.
