Alice Wiki

Basically, there are four pages marked with questionable sources.

  • Cheshire Cat

The Cheshire Cat in the first game has green eyes that glow, however his original eye color is yellow.[source?]

  • Mad Hatter

In interview, American McGee has stated that the Hatter is a reflection of Alice's emotional state; part of her rage in the first game and a different kind of anger and self-preservation mechanism in the second.[source?]

  • Mecha

The Mecha was never actually meant to be a boss battle. American wanted to "go outside the box" of normal gaming, and not include any boss battles.[source?] Wrong information. A New document.

  • The Art of Alice: Otherlands

The Art of Alice: Otherlands is a confirmed but unreleased book which may presumably be published by Dark Horse Comics.[source?] Source found.

Day One. Hour One.

Walking through the gallery of Kickstarter, searching for a vital piece of information. And there it was, clear as day. The Art on a dark black horse mounted, looked down upon me and galumphed away. We'll see each other December time, I heard she say.

I might go to the library next.

Hour Two.

A search through the American McGee Forums showed no promising information for the top two on the list. Any text that appeared was apocryphal at best and opinionated at worse. Among the shelves of the Institute, one could glimpse a flying book. A text floated down onto my hands. It contradicted one of the four orders.

The Mecha has been shut down. For good.

Hour Three.

The Information Highway bear no fruit, no matter how is the work framed. One can track down the origins of the second order to the Great Encyclopaedia, to an addendum on the Hatter's page made on May 17th 2012. If the text proves true, the interaction with the maker had to have been on that precise date or prior.

Further investigation on the quest giver's page has an even earlier date, February 3rd of the same year. One Jesse panic was the responsible. On the first order, December 19th of year last, with KuramaXDakota as the herald.

Hour Four.

Hour Three was a dissapointment and gave this archivist a headache. A tactical pause for tea was needed.

Hmm. Much better.

There's something that bugs me about the first order. While the other claims to be based upon an interview (claims unsubstanciated until this hour), this one appears to be merely a deduction based upon the concept art and the finished product. I fear no source will be uncovered for such order, but I won't let it detter me.

Hour Five.

Talked with the quest giver and delivered some documents. Nothing new on the other two orders.

(I have too much time on my hands. Hope you guys enjoy my quest.)

PS. I might not update the pages because I really don't know how to add sources, and I'm afraid of breaking them.
