'It's my turn to forget, Alice!'

Charlie is a boy who resides at the Houndsditch Home for Wayward Youth. According to Dr. Angus Bumby, his father was hung for killing his mother who beat him; the trauma this caused is doubtlessly what led him to the home.

It can be assumed that Charlie became one of the Dollmaker's toys as he, unlike Alice, was quite willing to forget his past.

Appearance

Charlie is around the same height as most children in Houndsditch, and at most comes up to the collar of Alice in height. He is a dirty, blond haired boy who has a skin tone similar to Alice's, however it appears to be very dirty. His shirt is blue and his trousers are black, both look worn and faded just like most other residence at the home. His voice is fairly high-pitched and comical and his face is similar to most children in Houndsditch, too, with a small, round head, button nose, small eyes and fairly wide lips.
